That means you can work out all day, every day, but if you aren't fueling your body with the proper nutrients, you aren't going to get the results you want and need!
With so many "health foods" available, it can be overwhelming learning what foods your body really needs. My goal in nutritional consults is to help educate you about proper nutrition and help empower you to make wise choices that will do your body good instead of harm, and help you meet your health and fitness goals.
This is a basic nutrition consultation designed to get your whole family eating right. During the 1-hour session, I will come to your house, help you go through your kitchen, removing the unhealthy foods, and give you ideas for healthy alternatives. I will ask questions about your family's eating habits and how your can make healthy changes your family will enjoy.
1.5-hour in home consultation - $50
Delux kitchen clean-out and revamp
This option is for the client who wants help not only cleaning out their kitchen, but also filling it up. After the kitchen clean-out, I will help you design meal ideas that suit your family's needs and tastes. I will also go with you to two grocery stores of your choosing to help you make better food choices.
1.5-hour consult, meal ideas, and grocery shopping - $100
Total Nutrition Turn-around
The total turn-around is for the client who wants to not only learn about proper nutrition, but change his or her body, whether it be through weight loss or toning. Our initial consultation will include the Kitchen clean-out as well as a body assessment. I will take your weight, body measurements, and body fat, as well as calculate your metabolic rate to determine energy requirements to meet your fitness goals. Prior to the consultation, you will need to keep a food log for one week so I can analyze your current diet and better help you to make changes. After the consultation, I will be able to give you meal plan suggestions as well as necessary caloric and protein intake to meet your fitness goals.
For four weeks after the consultation, you will log your food intake. I will serve as your accountability partner by reviewing all of your food intake on a weekly basis. I will also be available to answer questions and encourage and motivate you along the way. At the end of the four weeks, we will meet again to assess your progress.
Total Nutrition Turn-around with 4 weeks accountability - $200
A good exercise program is recommended to compliment the Total Nutrition Turn-around. Personal training sessions, in addition to your own workouts, are the best way to reach your goals. I offer 1-hour personal training workouts for $40/hour. I can also develop a personalized exercise program for you to complete on your own. Even if you do not have access to a gym, you can get excellent results at home with minimal equipment! Custom exercise program to include cardio program, upper body, lower body and core workouts - $50
