Individual TRX training session - 1 hour

The individual TRX training session is a full-body workout incorporating cardio, strength training, agility training, and flexibility. This workout is easily tailored to all fitness levels and physical abilities. A 1-hour session begins with a warm up and ends with proper stretching to prevent injury. Sessions can be held in your home or just about any outdoor location.

Sessions are $40/hour in the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam area.


Buddy TRX training session - 1 hour

The buddy TRX training session is a perfect way to workout with a friend. The 1-hour session is a full-body workout incorporating cardio, strength training, agility training and flexibility. This workout is easily tailored to all fitness levels and physical abilities. Clients will train in intervals, taking turns on the TRX - but when you are not on the TRX, your workout will still continue! A 1-hour session begins with a warm up and ends with proper stretching to prevent injury. Sessions can be held in your home or just about any outdoor location.

Buddy sessions are $50/hour in the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam area.
